My name is Ethan Gonzalez. And there were moments in my life where I wasn't sure I'd make it this far.
I was born with a heart condition. Not something I asked for — just the hand I was dealt. By the time most kids my age were living without a second thought, I had already been through two open heart surgeries. Two times on an operating table. Two times my family sat in a waiting room not knowing what was going to happen.

Payment information
Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments. Your full card number is entered directly
with Shopify and is never received or stored by ECPLABS. We receive only limited
confirmation details such as the last four digits, card type, and whether the payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and e-commerce providers automatically log basic technical
information when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages
you view. This is used to operate the Site, keep it secure, and prevent fraud.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, TikTok
Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or analytics tracker on this Site. If that
changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or knowingly collect health records, medical history, government ID numbers,
or Social Security numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information

6. How Long We Keep Information
Order records — retained as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally seven years).
Marketing email addresses — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Support messages — generally up to two years.

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including

We will respond within 45 days (California) or one month (EU/UK), and may need to verify your

ECPLABS operates in the United States, and our service providers may store or process your
information there. If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, your personal information will be transferred
outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which our providers incorporate into their terms.
10. Children's Privacy
CRE18 is intended for adults 18 and older. The Site is not directed to children,
and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 in the EU/UK).
If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ECPLABS
("ECPLABS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of ecplabsupplements.com
(the "Site") and your purchase of CRE18 and related products.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here
by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you
confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Health & Safety — Please Read
CRE18 is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.
Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare
professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18,
have a medical condition (including kidney, liver, heart, or blood-pressure conditions), or take
any medication.
Caffeine. CRE18 is available in 0mg, 50mg, 100mg, and 150mg caffeine options.
Choose a level appropriate for you and account for other caffeine you consume. The 0mg option is
caffeine free.
Allergens and ingredients. Review the full ingredient list before use. Stop
use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
Individual results vary. Statements about benefits describe what ingredients
may support generally and are not promises of any particular outcome for you.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not

3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but packaging, colors, and images may differ slightly
from what you receive, and formulations may change.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
Prices and product availability may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown
at checkout when you place your order.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue
a full refund.
We may limit order quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Orders & Payment
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Submitting an order is an offer to buy;
a contract is formed when we confirm your order or ship it. You authorize us and our processor to
charge your payment method for the total shown, including tax and shipping.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
If you choose Subscribe & Save, you are enrolling in a recurring plan:
Your card is charged automatically each month at the then-current subscription
price (currently $29.99/month) plus applicable tax and shipping, until you cancel.
We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Charges recur on the same date each month unless we tell you otherwise.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date — no fee, no notice period, and
no need to give a reason. You can cancel through your account on our store, or by emailing
hello@ecplabsupplements.com. Cancellation is
effective immediately: you will not be charged again. If an order for the current cycle has already
been paid for, that order will still ship.
If you cancel after a renewal charge but before the order ships, contact us and we will refund it
in full.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; title passes on our receipt of payment.
International orders: you are the importer of record and are responsible for any
customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices
and are not refundable by us. Some ingredients may be restricted in some countries — please check
your local rules before ordering.
7. Returns & Refunds
Unopened product
You may return unopened, unused product in its original packaging within
30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
We cover return shipping — contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within
30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any
shipping you paid. Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve it quickly.
Opened product
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product except where
required by law or where the product was damaged or defective.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days
of us receiving the return or approving the claim. To start a return, email

EU / UK customers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days from delivery to
withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Note that sealed goods which are not suitable for
return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once unsealed — so this right applies to
unopened product. These statutory rights are in addition to, and not limited by, the
policy above.
8. Your Use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; interfere with or disrupt it; attempt to gain unauthorized
access; scrape or harvest data by automated means; resell our products without written permission; or
misrepresent your identity.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents — including the ECPLABS and CRE18 names and logos, product designs and
imagery, text, and page design — are owned by ECPLABS or our licensors and protected by intellectual
property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our prior written consent.
10. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, or other content, you grant ECPLABS a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce it in marketing. You confirm the content
is yours to share and is truthful. We may decline or remove content at our discretion. We do not offer
compensation for reviews unless clearly disclosed.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram and Shopify. We do not control and are not
responsible for their content, products, or practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is"
and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not
warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain
exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECPLABS and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data,
or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for
that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded —
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a
consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are unaffected.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECPLABS from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees
arising out of your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or
third-party right.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site or our products are
governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws
rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You and ECPLABS agree that any lawsuit will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts
located in the State of Texas, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of
those courts.
Please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly by email, and we ask that
you give us a chance to make it right before starting any formal proceeding.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law —
including your rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act. If you are a
consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the right to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection laws
of your country of residence and to bring proceedings there.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and
material changes will be given more prominent notice. The Terms in effect when you place an order
govern that order.
17. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a
provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire
agreement between you and ECPLABS regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign
